Ci is a technology talent and consulting solutions firm serving Utility, Financial Services, and Retail clients across Atlanta. We're growing, and we're hiring a Director of Client Services to own a book of technology accounts end to end — from first meeting to signed deal to delivered engagement.

• Build and work a named account territory, generating your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and account expansion
• Sell across our full portfolio: contract and direct hire talent, plus project-based work in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Process Intelligence Engineering, and Delivery & Product Excellence
• Diagnose whether a client need is a staffing fill, a managed workstream, or a scoped project — then position the right solution
• Partner with our recruiting team and Practice Directors to deliver accurately and protect margin
• Own the relationship through delivery, not just the close

• 5+ years of sales experience in technology staffing, IT services, or professional services, with demonstrated personal gross margin production
• Experience selling both time-and-materials staffing and project/SOW-based work strongly preferred
• A verifiable track record of new logo acquisition — not just account management
• Fluency with Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Linked In Recruiter/Sales Navigator as daily tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
