At Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, we're changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers' abilities and improve patients' diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms:
Flexible Robotics (MONARCH), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA), and Digital Solutions (POLYPHONIC). Join our collaborative, rapidly growing team in the San Francisco Bay Area (Santa Clara). You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient outcomes.

The MONARCH Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first endoluminal robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system designed to help physicians access small, hard-to-reach lung nodules to enable earlier diagnosis of lung cancer.  The Monarch Platform for Urology will soon create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology system designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access of organs across the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

** You will be responsible for:*
* + Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.

+ Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.

+ Support account development activities that build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive system and disposable utilization.

+ Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
