Bucks Bama Blitz is looking for an Event Sales Representative to support face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns across live events and promotional locations in Birmingham.

As an Event Sales Representative, you'll represent products and services directly to customers, create engaging conversations, identify customer needs, and support the sales process from initial interaction through registration.

You'll gain practical experience in event sales, customer acquisition, customer engagement, and face-to-face communication while working as part of a supportive team.

No previous event sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

As an Event Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers at live campaigns, developing your sales approach through genuine face-to-face conversations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Representing products and services at live events and promotional locations
• Starting conversations with prospective customers
• Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
• Explaining products and services clearly and professionally
• Supporting customers through the registration and sales process
• Working towards daily and team sales targets
• Maintaining a positive and professional event environment
• Taking part in sales training, coaching, and team development

• Someone motivated to develop a career in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with new people
• A positive and goal-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or event experience is helpful but not required

• Practical event sales experience
