Membership Manager

Onelife Fitness seeks a Membership Manager to lead member acquisition and retention at our high-energy health club. You will generate and convert leads, conduct tours, and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional service. Partnering with fitness and training teams, you'll promote programs, onboard new members, and support a motivating, community-focused environment. The role includes tracking KPIs, executing local outreach, coaching staff on sales standards, and coordinating events that boost engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through outreach, tours, and conversion of leads to members
• Deliver exceptional member experience, responding to questions and resolving issues promptly
• Develop and execute local marketing and referral campaigns to grow membership base
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and report on performance to club leadership
• Partner with fitness, aquatics, and training teams to promote programs and upsell services
• Onboard new members with orientations that highlight club amenities and wellness offerings
• Maintain accurate member records in CRM systems and ensure contract compliance
• Coordinate member events to increase engagement, retention, and community involvement
• Train and coach front-desk or membership staff on sales and service standards
• Ensure brand standards are upheld across all member-facing interactions and materials
