Sales Agent, Insurance Sales

Alabama Motorists Association, an AAA-affiliated motor club in Mobile, seeks a driven Sales Agent to grow insurance and membership business. In this finance and insurance role, you will proactively contact prospects and members, assess coverage needs, and recommend auto, home, and related protection products. You'll prepare quotes, close sales, and provide ongoing policy support while delivering reliable, road-safety-focused service. Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and qualify members and new customers for insurance and membership products.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate auto, home, and related insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage a robust follow-up pipeline.
• Provide ongoing support to members, handling policy changes, renewals, and basic service inquiries.
• Participate in local outreach, events, and AAA-related promotions to generate leads.
• Collaborate with branch and roadside teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
