About the RolePaul Logistics is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our logistics division. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trucking, brokerage, or transportation operations who is ready to manage high-volume accounts, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue.

- 2+ years in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations (strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience of steel pipe, strongly preferred
- Confident in negotiations and customer service interactions
- Proficient in CRM and logistics management tools
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic environment
