Group Sales Manager | Birmingham, Charleston & Pooler

We are partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Birmingham, AL | Charleston, SC | Pooler, GA
.

This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader who has built and scaled a sales organization
, not simply managed an established team.

Approximately $130k-150K base
.

• Significant sales management experience within automotive, commercial truck, heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or similar B2B equipment industries
• Proven experience building and implementing a scalable sales process
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing a modern CRM system
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales funnels & pipeline management
• Lead tracking and customer activity
• Conversion rates
• Sales forecasting
• KPIs & performance metrics
• Salesperson productivity
• Experience using CRM data to manage and coach a sales team day-to-day
• Proven success recruiting, training, developing, and retaining sales professionals
• Experience creating sales compensation and incentive programs
• Ability to manage performance across multiple locations
• Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills

We're looking for someone who can build the system behind the sales team
-establish the process, implement the CRM, create the KPIs, develop the compensation structure, identify bottlenecks, and use the data to drive results.
