Junk Removal Sales & Customer Service

You’ll be the face of the company when you arrive at a customer's home or business. You'll build rapport, understand what they need, explain their options, and help turn their junk removal needs into a great customer experience.

Your day will include:

• Meeting customers and creating a friendly first impression.
• Listening to what the customer needs and recommending the right service.
• Providing on-site estimates and explaining pricing clearly.
• Loading and moving items safely, including items up to 50 lbs.
• Keeping the truck and work area clean and presentable.
• Representing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with energy and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, confident asking questions, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Confident discussing services and pricing.
• Motivated by achieving sales goals.
• A strong listener who can identify customer needs.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.

Requirements:21+ years old, valid driver's license, and a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes. You must also be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.

Earn$15–$20 per hour, plus opportunities fortips and performance-based bonuses. You'll receive weekly pay and paid training, with full-time opportunities and a4-day work week. Eligible employees can also receive health, vision, and dental benefits and a 401(k) after one year. As you build your skills and prove yourself, there are opportunities to move into leadership and other roles within the company.
