Aaron's Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You'll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you'll help clean, organize and even move merchandise.
The salary range for this role is $15.50 to $16.75 per hour*, and the position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron's offers medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off and other benefits.
