We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing company and play an important role in expanding its commercial insurance business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience working with commercial accounts who is looking to grow their career with an expanding organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and prospects
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare quotes and proposals and follow up with prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a strong client experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Some experience working with commercial insurance accounts
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow within a growing organization
