** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, notifications, and documentation per site requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe cameras and/or alarm systems as assigned, reporting irregular conditions and coordinating with site personnel and local responders when needed.

+ Complete detailed reports, maintain shift logs, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and site representatives to support continuity of operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

+ Have CPR and/or First Aid certification, preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
