• Perform computer functions (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Skype).
• Answer and respond to calls received from alarm companies
• Send out emails to site management as needed
• Use surveillance equipment to monitor cameras at job sites to verify alarm calls and determine whether or not to dispatch local authorities and/or contact site management
• Monitor camera systems to detect high heat and criminal activity (intrusion, theft, vandalism, and/or burglary).
• Complete documentation for site incidents and alarm calls

• Be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written is a must
• Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
