Field Supervisor

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor supports operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on‑site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers on a day‑to‑day basis to supervise remote service delivery.

Pay: $17 per hour

Evenings and Overnights

Workdays Available:
Wednesday - Sunday

Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Must have a Valid Drivers with a clean driver's record to qualify.

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and conduct post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training in coordination with site supervision for new employees or when post order changes occur, including orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and response procedures to emergencies or specific client needs.
• Respond to call‑offs that occur during shift, identify other individuals to fill‑in or stand post until replacements arrive, and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel problems at posts, such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints, and forward them to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director; may also write reports or assist investigations as directed.
• Execute counseling or disciplinary actions directed by Branch Manager or Corporate HR Director, but not initiate them independently.
• Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office and obtain signed acknowledgements or other required documents.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and or Branch Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and:
• No major violations within last 36 months.
• No more than one at‑fault accident in last 24 months.
• No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• No combination of one at‑fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, handle multiple competing assignments, and manage deadlines.

• Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry.
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
