Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will help support access control operations, monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the location, verify credentials and/or identification, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unauthorized access attempts to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and activities according to post guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping/receiving zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Support screening and traffic coordination for personnel, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location while following established post orders and communication protocols.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
