** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.

+ Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and/or vendor entry procedures while following site-specific protocols and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.

+ Support closing and opening routines, observe cash-handling and restricted areas from an assigned post, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or facility-related issues that could impact security-related operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
