Security Officer Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and support visitor, contractor, and/or delivery access processes in accordance with location protocols;
Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting hazards, equipment issues, damaged barriers, and/or policy violations observed during patrols and routine post duties
