Overview
Talladega Superspeedway, established in 1969, is a 2.66‑mile racing venue with 33 degrees of banking in the turns, located between Birmingham, AL, and Atlanta, GA. Gate Guards are responsible for opening and closing facility gates and signing people into the track.
Responsibilities- Open and close gates of the facility.
- Greet all people entering the facility.
- Request all visitors sign waivers.
- Keep people out of unauthorized areas.
- Communicate with Security Managers to relay information about track activity and on‑property needs during an event.
- High school diploma and related experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and in all types of weather.
These are event positions supporting the Security department during race weeks in April and October.
