Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including entrances, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues;
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a retail and entertainment location;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, helping to support authorized entry, orderly guest flow, and adherence to location rules and posted guidelines;
Assist with closing procedures, crowd management, and/or de-escalation of disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced public-facing environment;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing updates with site contacts when needed
