Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver

Position: Security Officer Full Time Bicycle Patrol Driver
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, exterior entrances, and perimeter locations;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Monitor access points and observe activity; report unusual conditions, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
