responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in a variety of construction projects such as sidewalks, driveways, foundations, floors, and other structures. The role requires technical knowledge of concrete properties, finishing techniques, and tools, along with attention to detail to ensure quality, safety, and durability.

$25-$27 per hour

• Prepare work areas by setting forms, aligning, and ensuring proper grading.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Smooth, finish, and texture concrete surfaces to meet project specifications.
• Apply curing techniques and sealants to protect concrete and improve durability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to ensure accuracy.
• Repair, patch, or resurface existing concrete structures.
• Operate and maintain tools such as floats, trowels, screeds, and power grinders.
• Follow safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company procedures on job sites.
• Collaborate with other trades, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete properties, finishing methods, and curing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to safety.
