• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds (with assistance)
• Work in fast‑paced environment, potential extended hours
• Exposure to chemicals; hazard identification and communication
• Walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing for extended periods
• Climb ladders and work overhead at varying heights
• Operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
• Work in varied temperature environments
• Perform emergency services on a 24‑hour scheduled on‑call rotational basis

• Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies; maintain clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities; set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown; leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

• Strong work ethic.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

• High school diploma / GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

IICRC WRT Certification Crew Chief (contingent on internal OJT and virtual training): $20–$24/hr
Crew Chief with 5+ years employment, all certifications and policy compliance: $24+ per hour

The Technician performs production processes to fulfill service needs of restoration projects and maintains professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned vehicle. Tasks include mitigation, demolition, and use of cleaning products and equipment. You represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.
