Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance;
Diagnose problems with equipment, assess extent, and determine repairs or replacements;
Provide technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment;
Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction;
Operate shop equipment safely and, when required, drive company vehicles on a 24/7 on-call basis
