Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance; conduct occasional emergency repairs;
Diagnose problems with equipment, assess extent of issues, document findings, and decide on repairs or part replacements;
Provide technical support and training to customers on system equipment;
Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure satisfaction;
Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis
