• Tire changes (rimming and wheel repair)
• Collaboration with in-house and outsourced mechanics
• Hydraulic systems repair of our fleet and heavy equipment
• Small engine repair and blade sharpening for landscape maintenance equipment

• Schedule and communicate all regular repair work
• Manage the logs of all maintenance work, mileage, and hours
• Provide excellent maintenance of our landscape equipment and fleet

• Provide trailer wiring services
• Repair and replacement hydraulic hoses and fittings
• Provide proficient service of all 2-cycle, 4-cycle, and diesel engines
• Provide excellent welding services such as cutting, trailer repairing, and bucket repairing

• Manage the tags for the entire fleet
• Keep the fleet in DOT compliance

• Stamina to perform heavy physical work both indoors and out
• Flexibility to perform repairs in cramped places, to bend, to turn, to squat
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity to work with small fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and washers
• Strength and mobility in using a variety of hand and power tools, driving motor vehicles and/or construction equipment, and lifting/moving heavy materials with the use of proper equipment
