Job Description

You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while completing daily work orders and supporting unit turns.

Key Responsibilities

* To perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs (EPA Type II or Universal required)

* To troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues

* To complete work orders efficiently and accurately

* To support make‑readies, preventative maintenance, and general repairs

* To ensure property safety and communicate repair needs

Required Skills & Experience

* EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)

* Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience

* Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills

* Own hand tools required

* Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused
