Commercial Office Building Maintenance Technician

Starting Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 based on experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in HVAC and building maintenance, or a technical degree in HVAC.
• Must be self-motivated, and work well with others.
• Ability to follow and complete work orders and preventative maintenance duties, and provide updates on the work order status in a timely manner.
• Must be mechanically inclined, and have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record.

• Responding to requests for service from property managers including emergencies, hot and cold calls, lighting problems, plumbing problems, etc.
• Responding to emergency call-outs as necessary.
• Perform routine and preventive HVAC maintenance on building systems.

Employees in this position will gain experience working on & around water cooled chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, VAV and PIU boxes, pumps, building automation and control systems.

Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. On-call for after-hours emergencies.
