Master Service Technician

Position Summary

The position is responsible for maintenance and repair of customer equipment as assigned. This position is trained in at least two skill sets, maintains a high level of productivity, must have three of the four CFESA certifications and is assigned to the on-call roster. This position demonstrates leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and train other employees.

• Obtain correct part numbers through branch parts person.
• Collect payment on COD jobs.
• Contribute positively to branch targets for response time and first time fix rates.
• Participates in available training to increase skill and knowledge.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Internal – Daily with branch staff; occasionally with corporate staff.
• External – Frequent and regular contact with customers. Occasional contact with factories for warranty purposes.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
• 1 Year of applicable experience.
• CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications.
