• Finish and smooth concrete using hand and power tools
• Apply sealants, coatings, and decorative finishes
• Operate and maintain finishing equipment (power trowels, edgers, brooms)
• Monitor quality throughout the finishing process
• Work with construction teams to meet schedules
• Follow all safety procedures
• Assist with material handling and other assigned duties

• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in varying weather conditions
