• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Boiler/Chiller Service Technician/Sales Experience
• Strong mechanic background with boilers and pumps
• Comfortable proposing and selling projects to clients
• High School Diploma or greater
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, Boilers, Pumps, Chillers, ductwork modifications and design
• Great communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic are a must
• Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain precision on detailed work
