• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including shears, brakes, punches, and welding equipment
• Valid certification in sheet metal fabrication or welding preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction industry standards, and safety protocols
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment
• Skilled in operating lifts and heavy machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
