We represent Steve’s Plumbing & Heating, a trusted leader in residential plumbing and heating across Central Wisconsin. If you’re a licensed journeyman plumber with residential service experience who can independently run service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, and communicate confidently with homeowners, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career with a respected Central Wisconsin company.

• $38–$50 per hour based on experience, plus production pay opportunities
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
• $2,500 at 6 months
• $2,500 at 12 months – bonus paid in installments after 6 and 12 months of active employment
• Consistent full‑time schedule (40–45 hours/week) Monday–Friday with optional overtime

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of residential service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids area
