Join our dynamic team at Evernest as a dedicated plumber. As a valued member of our workforce, you’ll be responsible for efficiently scheduling and executing service requests using our advanced work‑order management system. This pivotal role calls for independent thinkers who thrive as individual contributors and demand a disciplined, proactive mindset to tackle challenges head‑on. You must be trained to work with various fixtures, pipes, and appliances, addressing issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in water and sewage systems.
Compensation& Benefits
- Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour.
- Benefits:
Employee‑only benefits (health, dental, vision) at no cost to the employee; add a spouse or child at a competitive price. - Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 paid out over the first 180 days of employment. $500 tool allowance paid out at your 60‑day mark and received yearly on the anniversary of your start date.
- Quarterly Bonus:
Opportunity to earn an additional $1,050 per quarter if you average 40 hours worked, with 38 of those hours billable per week (up to $4,200/year). - Hours Expected:
Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime available if needed. - Work Environment:
You make your own schedule and are effectively your own boss; we provide a vehicle, and you supply your own plumbing tools. - Job Type: Full‑time hourly employment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, estimate, and complete repairs based on property needs.
- Organize and schedule work orders – crucial to hit KPIs.
- Audit and close out all credit‑card transactions.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
- Perform daily/weekly vehicle inspections.
- Must be a licensed plumber (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- 1+ year of residential plumbing experience (required).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
