Who is Mac Lellan HVAC & Mechanical?
Mac Lellan HVAC & Mechanical is hiring a Technician III for our Barton, Alabama location. In this role, you will maintain and repair building systems that include a wide range of HVAC equipment. We respond to both emergency and planned service needs. Our goal is to reduce operating costs and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.

Working as part of a three‑person team, you utilize our Best Systems to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Through your technical expertise and commitment to excellence, you help reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and deliver Best Results for our customers.
Qualifications & Skills- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to emergency service needs.
- At least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems across multiple buildings.
- Ability to perform both planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment and building systems.
