Position OverviewAs a Trade Specialist Apprentice, you will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians, handle basic service requests independently, and schedule and execute work orders through our advanced work order management system. The role provides experience and training designed to help you develop the skills required to become a licensed trade professional.
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. No on‑call required.

Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 paid over the first 180 days. Tool Allowance: $500 paid at the 60‑day mark and yearly thereafter.
Quarterly Bonus:
Opportunity to earn a performance‑based bonus.
Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week with overtime available as needed. PTO accretion plus 8 paid company holidays and 2 floating holidays.
Work environment:
Apprentices use a company vehicle and are responsible for tools and daily vehicle inspections.
Job type:
Full‑time hourly employment.
- Assist plumbers and HVAC technicians with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and completing repairs.
- Complete basic service requests independently (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Organize and schedule assigned work orders to meet KPIs.
- Learn to diagnose issues and provide repair estimates under guidance.
- Audit and close out all credit‑card transactions.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
- Perform daily/weekly vehicle inspections.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Basic knowledge or interest in plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop trade skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds (Required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
