• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, and ductwork per minimum standards and installation manual requirements
• Create a customer experience that exceeds the expectations set by the sales team or Comfort Advisor
• Communicate professionally throughout the installation process and ensure the customer is fully prepared to operate their new HVAC system upon completion of the job
• Perform thorough start‑up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation; complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report
• Adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
• Complete the post‑install checklist accurately
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used; upon completion of the job, call into the Project Management Team and communicate any issues

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead installer
• EPA certification required
• Journeyman gas fitter a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Professional communication with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Able to lift and maneuver equipment and work in various job‑site conditions

• $25–$32 per hour, based on experience
• Incentive plan paid per completed install
• Tool Account — no‑interest loan up to $800
