Walmart is seeking a Master Electrician, Facility Services, to ensure the safety, functionality, and maintenance of electrical systems across facilities. What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, facilities, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

* Inspect, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and code requirements.

* Install and maintain electrical panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and conduit in compliance with NEC and safety standards.

* Lead and mentor Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians, providing technical guidance and training on electrical techniques and safety protocols.

* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts procurement, and contractor coordination to meet quality and compliance standards.

* Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations supporting critical business needs.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise as a Master Electrician with comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).

* Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, including panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and conduit installations.

* Ability to lead and mentor Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians, providing technical guidance and training on electrical techniques and safety protocols.

* Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and documentation with attention to detail.

* Strong commitment to safety compliance, including OSHA and EPA regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

* Proficient in operating heavy machinery and performing preventive maintenance across multiple crafts.
