What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.

* Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and appropriate tools.

* Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and replacement recommendations accurately.

* Respond promptly to emergency calls and support issue resolution or escalation as needed.

* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

* Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment following safety procedures and regulations.

* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support business priorities.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures using multiple craft skills, including electrical work.

* Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.

* Proficiency with hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment.

* Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and safety.

* Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.

* Capability to operate and maintain vehicles and heavy machinery safely.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with managers, contractors, and coworkers.
