Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Chace Lake Villas property in Birmingham, AL. The role involves completing work orders, preparing units for leasing, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the property.
The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/electrical/carpentry, and a valid driver’s license. CPO and HVAC certifications are preferred. On-call duties, including weekends and nights, may be required.
