WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama.

This is a dedicated-site position, meaning you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each day—no traveling from customer to customer, no overnight travel, and you'll be home every night.

Whether your experience comes from forklifts, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or plant maintenance, we want to hear from you.

If you can diagnose equipment, solve problems, and take pride in quality repairs, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

  • Earn $25–$30+/hour based on experience

What You'll Be Working On

You'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment, including:

  • Electric Forklifts
  • Internal Combustion Forklifts
  • Reach Trucks
  • Pallet Jacks
  • Material Handling Equipment
  • Industrial Batteries & Charging Systems
  • Hydraulic Systems
  • Mechanical Drive Systems
  • Electrical Systems

  • Warehouse Support Equipment

As part of our technician team, you'll:

  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues
  • Repair or replace worn and damaged components
  • Complete safety inspections
  • Diagnose equipment failures quickly
  • Document repairs and labor accurately
  • Communicate repair recommendations professionally
  • Help minimize downtime and maximize uptime

What You'll Need

Required

  • 3+ years of mechanical repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift
