Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, siding
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Maintain and clean tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members on job sites

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial painting preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting best practices
• Ability to work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hoover, AL
• Professional, dependable, and customer-friendly attitude
