Road & Rail Services is hiring an experienced Railcar Welder / Repair Technician to support our Montgomery operation. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who knows how to weld, takes pride in completing repairs correctly, and understands the importance of workplace safety.
You will inspect and prepare railcars for service while completing approved repairs to damaged or worn metal components. Previous railcar experience is helpful but not required; candidates with stick welding
