Whaley Food service, LLC is seeking a Field Service Leader to coordinate scheduling and workflow for service technicians. This role spends more than 50% of time in the field performing service work and may also perform technician duties as needed.
Responsibilities include prioritizing service calls, supervising branch technicians, setting up daily/on-call schedules, and providing technical support. Occasional on-call nights, weekends, and travel are required.
