Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across the Birmingham metro area. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a service-minded approach and strong communication with residents.
Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, performing HVAC/electrical/plumbing work, documenting completed repairs with photos, and ensuring work is completed within SLA. A valid driver's license is required.
