Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot resistance and MIG welding equipment, including weld tips, tooling, fixtures, and weld schedules.;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.;
Program and adjust welding and stepper programs; document changes per Kamtek standards.;
Conduct weld failure investigations, troubleshoot weld quality issues, and coordinate follow-up with UT/Destruct teams.;
Enter accurate maintenance records, line calls, and PM activities into the Maintenance CMS.
