Key Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians, coordinating daily work activities.
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, install, and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Project Management: Oversee technical projects, manage maintenance schedules, and uphold safety policies.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving complex technical issues that subordinates cannot.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical field.
- Education: High school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of specific machinery, software, or systems (e.g., HVAC, IT, automotive).
