The City of Homewood is seeking Traffic Control Technicians in the Merit System. This role installs and repairs traffic signals, streetlights, intersections, and signs, while performing preventative maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
Work is supervised by a Senior Traffic Control Technician with review based on completed work orders. Qualified applicants should have electrical/electronics coursework, ability to read schematics, a valid driver’s license with potential to obtain a Class B CDL
