We are currently seeking an
Electrician to join our growing team. This position plays a key leadership role in the installation of whole-home standby generators and other residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and perform electrical installations for whole-home standby generators.
- Coordinate with plumbing and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation.
- Mentor and guide junior electricians and helpers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
- Communicate effective with customers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience required.
- Prior experience with standby generator installations is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
- Ability to lead teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
