NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Metal Building Foreman for a project in Birmingham, AL area. JOB DETAILS: PAY: $35 - $40+/hour DURATION:
Direct Hire SCOPE:

• Lead a crew to safely and efficiently erect pre-engineered metal building systems.
• Read and interpret erection drawings and specifications.
• Assign work, coach crew members, and manage daily production.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce all safety procedures.
• Perform daily jobsite inspections and safety meetings.
• Maintain quality standards and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Communicate with customers, superintendents, and project management.
• Complete daily reports, time records, and material requisitions.

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have 5+ years of experience as a PEMB Foreman.
• MUST have OSHA 30 certification
• Valid driver's license – Good driving history
• First Aid/CPR preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, man lifts, rigging and cranes
• Manufacturer PEMB certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple priorities
