Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle property repairs across our metro-area homes. You will respond to resident requests, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and document work with before/after photos.
The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Training will support career growth within the team.
