About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. We’re not a lead service—you’re paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed. If you own a roofing business and want to supplement your workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal.

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

Leak detection
Storm damage assessment
Flashing and ventilation inspections
Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance

Shingle/tile replacement
Nail pops, small puncture patches
Sealant application at vents and flashing
Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)

Tear-offs and underlayment installation
Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
Soffit/fascia board replacement
Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation

Before/during/after photos
Clear notes in portal for each job
Material needs communicated up front

Requirements Contractor Requirements

General Liability Insurance (COI required)
Worker’s Comp Insurance MANDATORY
Valid W9 and Tax
Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable)
Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness
Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs

Disqualifiers

No active insurance (GL and WC MANDATORY)
Unlicensed (where required)
Poor communication or incomplete jobs
No ladder or ability to access residential roofs
Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call
